Disputes
If a buyer refuses to release the funds after the terms of the agreement were met or the seller fails to fulfill their end of the agreement, either party can dispute the transaction.
Once a transaction is disputed, the conversation in the chat preceding the accepted offer will be forwarded to an arbitration team consisting of three validators, who will use the provided information to reach a binding decision on the dispute.
If either party disagrees with the binding decision of the arbitrators, the dispute can be resubmitted to a new arbitration team consisting of different validators. If the second arbitration team reaches the same binding decision as the first, the matter will be considered resolved and the funds held will be released to the entitled party. In the event that the binding decision is a draw, the dispute will be sent to a third team automatically, whose binding decision will conclusively determine which party is entitled to the funds held.
