How It Works
1. Proposal Submission
Anyone can submit an idea.
Wallet signature required.
NDA & Revenue Share Agreement signed.
Proposal form collects: title, summary, background, revenue model, category, etc.
2. Admin Review

3. Powehi Voting

Community filter for early signal strength.
4. Halo Voting
Open to wallets with 8.7M+
Final validation by the broader ecosystem.
5. Approval & Development

Proposal Lifecycle
To ensure a smooth and fair review process, proposals follow a maximum 45-day lifecycle:
Proposal Submission Open
20 Days
Anyone can submit a proposal during this period.
Admin Review & Interviews
10 Days
Admin reviews submissions + conducts interviews (especially late ones).
Powehi Voting
5 Days
Powehi members can vote as soon as a proposal passes admin review.
Halo Voting
10 Days
Public community voting via Halo members.
Total Cycle
45 Days
Proposals auto-close if no decision is made.
⚠️ Admin Review and Powehi Voting may happen in parallel. Proposals submitted near the deadline are still fully reviewed.
