How It Works

1. Proposal Submission

  • Anyone can submit an idea.

  • Wallet signature required.

  • NDA & Revenue Share Agreement signed.

  • Proposal form collects: title, summary, background, revenue model, category, etc.

2. Admin Review

  • The Messier team reviews proposals.

  • May include interviews or questions.

  • Projects are verified for originality, feasibility, and fit.

3. Powehi Voting

  • Open to wallets with 500M+

  • Community filter for early signal strength.

4. Halo Voting

  • Open to wallets with 8.7M+

  • Final validation by the broader ecosystem.

5. Approval & Development

  • Selected proposals enter active development.

  • Messier owns execution; proposers get 30% of net revenue.

  • Ongoing communication with the proposer during build.

Proposal Lifecycle

To ensure a smooth and fair review process, proposals follow a maximum 45-day lifecycle:

Phase
Duration
Details

Proposal Submission Open

20 Days

Anyone can submit a proposal during this period.

Admin Review & Interviews

10 Days

Admin reviews submissions + conducts interviews (especially late ones).

Powehi Voting

5 Days

Powehi members can vote as soon as a proposal passes admin review.

Halo Voting

10 Days

Public community voting via Halo members.

Total Cycle

45 Days

Proposals auto-close if no decision is made.

⚠️ Admin Review and Powehi Voting may happen in parallel. Proposals submitted near the deadline are still fully reviewed.
