Q: What is Adastra's POS system? A: Adastra's POS system enables service/product providers to receive payments directly in cryptocurrency. Providers enter the amount in USD, and the app generates a QR code. Users can scan the QR code to make payments, whether in cryptocurrency or fiat. Q: Which chains or tokens are supported by Adastra? A: Adastra currently supports three chains: ETH, BSC, and SOL, as well as "coins" like ETH, BNB, and SOL. We have plans to expand this support in each of our future releases.

Q: What initial fiat currency deposits are accepted by Adastra, and are there plans for more? A: Users can currently make deposits in USD, and there are plans to support the top 10 global currencies in future updates.

Q: Is there a way to buy crypto directly through my bank with Adastra? A: The first release of Adastra does not include a fiat-to-crypto bank buying feature, but it is planned for the next major update.

Q: Does Adastra allow for crypto to fiat swaps? A: As of now, Adastra doesn't offer a crypto to fiat swap feature, but it is planned for future implementation. Q: Are crypto payments already possible with POS, in addition to fiat transactions? A: Yes, crypto payments are available with POS, in addition to fiat transactions.

Q: How can users deposit fiat into Adastra? A: Personal Accounts (General Users) can deposit fiat into Adastra through our integrated Stripe payment system.

Q: Is it possible to withdraw crypto or fiat at launch? A: At launch, only Business Managers have the capability to withdraw their earnings in USDC. For General users and Business Managers, we plan to introduce additional withdrawal options in the next release.

Payments and Costs

Q: What are the costs for a business to use the POS service? A: We charge merchants 1% fee per transaction, which is lower than the typical POS charge 1.5%-3.5%. Q: Can I access details of payment fees and history in the Adastra app? A: Yes, the Adastra app provides access to payment history, including fee details.

The Physical Card and Geographic Availability

Q: What is the status of Adastra's physical card's availability? A: The card designs are complete, the card's integration within our ecosystem has been developed. The next step involves finalizing details with the provider and preparing to receive orders for printing.

Q: In which regions is the Adastra physical card functional, particularly for debit prepaid functionality? A: The Adastra card and app are operational in 176 countries for chip and contactless payments. However, the debit prepaid functionality is mainly available in the US, EU, and Asia.

Requirements and Integration

Q: Is KYC required for using Adastra's services? A: No, KYC verification is not required for using Adastra.

Q: What choices do I have for utilizing the POS service on different devices? A: You can install the Adastra app on any Android-based POS terminal to access its services. In cases where a POS terminal is not accessible, you can still accept payments on your smartphone by installing our app. Q: Will Adastra be available for iOS systems? A: Absolutely! We are currently in the process of collaboration and account registration, and the app is already prepared for iOS. Q: When will Adastra integrate with web3 browsers? A: We plan to offer plugins, SDKs, and APIs, enabling users and developers to integrate Adastra with a wide range of technologies. Q: Is there current support for viewing NFTs in Adastra? A: At present, Adastra supports only the specified coins/tokens and fiat currencies. However, we plan to introduce NFT support in our roadmap for the next six months. Q: Does the wallet support crypto deposits at launch? A: Yes, the wallet supports crypto deposits at launch. Personal Accounts (General users) can connect their existing third-party wallets to Adastra using either Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain and begin depositing the supported tokens. Q: How does Adastra's fee structure support VirgoDAO? A: Fees collected from Messier applications, including Adastra, contribute directly to the Treasury of VirgoDAO. Q: How does a holder benefit from Adastra besides the advantages of the App? A: Similar to other Messier applications, Adastra collects fees to fund our DAO's investments, which directly benefit our holders who choose to participate in our DAO. By using the app, you are indirectly supporting your own investment.
